Elevus is recruiting a Customer Support Representative with native/fluent level of the Swedish language. Our client is a global business process outsourcer, specializing in customer experience and payment management in addition to sales and marketing services across voice, social and digital channels.

 

Job Description:

- Answer to customer requests, in a simple way keeping a smile to ensure their satisfaction;

- Managing claims and requests;

- Providing the necessary support, advice and information.

 

Requirements:

- High School Diploma or higher;

- Native or fluent (level C2) in Swedish;

- Good knowledge (Level B) in English;

- Excellent communication skills and pro-activity;

- Ease of interpersonal and teamwork;

- Be recognized for attention to detail and high energy;

- Enjoy challenges and be eager to join an exciting high growth company.
